Casa Patti is an adorable, newly renovated 1 bedroom home located just minutes away, up a slight hill, from one of the main streets into central Cortona. Unlike many of the other homes we offer that require a lot of walking uphill, Casa Patti is ideal for those wishing to have easy access to their accommodations from the center of town.

Casa Patti is named after Patti Playpal, a life size doll the size of a 3 year old that was manufactured in the U.S. in the 1960’s. The owner of Sojourn Ventures, Stacey Mattraw, has brought her doll she grew up with in the 60’s to Cortona to visit, and we decided to name this sweet home after Patti Playpal, since the house is reminiscent of a charming little dolls house. Patti even showed for the photo shoot of this delightful home! She did however, leave Cortona after her photo shoot so she does not come with the house!

Entering Casa Patti from the ground level you pass by the full one bathroom to your left and on into the open plan kitchen with dining and living area. There are frosted glass doors at the far side of the living area that lead to the master bedroom that has a charming little balcony that looks out onto the street and homes below. All of the furnishings are creative and artsy, and the entire home is fresh and luminous.

Casa Patti is compact and cosy, a perfect nest from which to base yourselves during your Tuscan holiday.
