Casa Giulia is a beautifully restored home, and is situated on 3 levels.  Located in the heart of Cortona, Casa Giulia is just a few moments walk from the hub of downtown.

The owners have taken great care in the restoration and decorating this home which is part of a 17th century historical stone building. From the street entrance, you will access a stairway that leads to the first floor of Casa Giulia, where the open plan kitchen, dining and living area are situated. The kitchen is gorgeous with new, modern appliances and is well appointed. There is a full bathroom with shower on this floor as well.

An open iron and wood staircase leads to the second floor where the 2 charming double bedrooms are located, along with another full bathroom and shower.

There are views from the front side of the building of the courtyards below and red tiled roofs. Lastly, there is a third set of stairs which takes you to a cosy loft under the attic eaves, where one can relax on floor cushions and a Moroccan style sofa.

Casa Giulia is an exquisite home from which to enjoy your Italian holiday!
